Delivery and ExpreSur locker
Version 4 · updated October 4, 2026
How your purchase reaches your ExpreSur locker in Miami or, with “Delivery in Cuba,” the recipient’s home in Cuba, how long it takes and what happens next. Effective October 3, 2026. Updated October 4, 2026 (all-inclusive delivery in Cuba).
1. Where we deliver
Orders are delivered to your ExpreSur locker in Miami. We don’t ship to your home or any other address. The only exception is products with “Delivery in Cuba”: ExpreSur takes that order to the recipient’s home in Cuba, with shipping and customs already paid (see below). At checkout we don’t ask for a recipient or destination address: the US address we ask for is only your card’s billing address.
Delivery to your locker is included in the price of each product: you pay nothing extra for it.
2. Your locker
The ExpreSur locker is a space in your name at ExpreSur’s Miami warehouse, with a code like EXS-1234. You link it before you pay by signing in to your ExpreSur account from the store and authorizing with the 6-digit code ExpreSur sends to your account’s email; if you don’t have an account, you create one for free on ExpreSur at that moment. Without a linked locker, nothing is charged.
3. Estimated times
The estimated arrival date at your Miami locker is the one you see on each product and on your order. It depends on each product’s availability and processing and on transit to Miami, so it varies from product to product. It’s an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline: import procedures, holidays or peak seasons can change it.
If an order comes in several packages, they may arrive on different days. The order is ready when all of them have arrived and been inspected.
Delivery from Miami to the final recipient is an ExpreSur service, with its own times.
4. Your order’s stages
Your order goes through these stages, and we email you at the important ones: Paid; Preparing your order; On its way to our Miami warehouse; Arrived and being checked; and Ready to ship with ExpreSur.
During the first 60 minutes after payment, you can cancel your order from its page with the “Cancel order” button. After that, your order has been placed and starts being prepared.
5. If it’s delayed
If your order is taking longer than expected, we mark it as “Delayed” on your order and send you an email. You can wait or ask us to cancel what’s delayed for a full refund, as explained in the Replacement and refund policy.
6. When it’s delivered
Your order is delivered when it reaches the Miami warehouse, is inspected, is placed in your locker and we notify you that it’s ready to ship. From then on, your purchase is in ExpreSur’s care under its terms, including how long it can stay in the locker and any storage fees.
If something doesn’t match your order, let us know using the photos of the contents before your purchase leaves the Miami warehouse: after that, no claims against the store for the items are accepted, as explained in the Replacement and refund policy.
7. You ship from Miami with ExpreSur
When your order says “Ready to ship with ExpreSur,” use the “Ship with ExpreSur” button: you choose the recipient and the type of shipping (for example, air or sea) and pay for the shipment there. ExpreSur quotes and charges it by weight and destination and sets its own delivery times. Expremarket doesn’t charge for that shipment.
You can combine several orders in your locker into one shipment and pay for just one shipment.
Some products may not be shippable to certain destinations, and shipments to Cuba are sent as personal gifts with the declaration and limits required by law. ExpreSur tells you what applies when you create the shipment.
8. All-inclusive delivery in Cuba
Products with “Delivery in Cuba” show two prices: “Deliver in Cuba,” all-inclusive (product, ExpreSur shipping to the recipient’s home in any province and Cuban customs), and “Receive in my Miami locker.” If you choose Cuba, that order is paid in its own checkout and the summary shows the “Shipping and customs to Cuba (included)” service separately; Florida sales tax applies only to the products.
When you finish paying, we take you to ExpreSur to choose who receives it (or add them to your address book): full name with second last name, 11-digit Cuban ID card number, province, municipality, address and phone, and you accept the declaration that it is a personal gift. If it gets interrupted or you leave it for later, the store shows the notice “You still need to choose the recipient in Cuba” with a “Complete now” button, and we also remind you by email.
When everything reaches Miami and is inspected, ExpreSur creates the shipment to Cuba, already paid by us, and delivers it to the recipient’s home. The estimated delivery date in Cuba is the one shown on the product, counted from when everything is in Miami. You follow each step on your order: recipient chosen, shipment to Cuba on its way and delivered.
Only gifts for family and friends, for their personal use, are shipped, with ExpreSur’s compliance checks. You can change the recipient until ExpreSur creates the shipment.
9. Tracking
You can check your order status in My account, with the link in your confirmation email or in “Track order” with your order number and email. When you create the shipment in ExpreSur, you also see its tracking number.
10. Questions
If your question is about a product or an order, email soporte@expremarket.com. If it’s about a shipment already created from Miami, ExpreSur will help you, because it’s their service.
