ExpreSur delivers it to the home of the person you choose, in any province of Cuba. You pay one all-inclusive price: the product, the shipping and Cuban customs.
Each product shows its estimated time, counted from when everything reaches our Miami warehouse.

- 2After paying, at ExpreSur you choose who receives it and accept the gift declaration.
- 3ExpreSur takes it to your family’s home, in any province of Cuba.
What you need from the recipient
You enter it at ExpreSur after paying (or pick someone you already saved):
- Full name with both surnames
- Cuban ID card number (11 digits)
- Province and municipality
- Home address
- Phone number
Good to know
- Gifts for family and friends only (personal use), not for resale.
- Depending on the product, it goes by air or by sea: each route has its own all-inclusive price and delivery time, set by ExpreSur.
- Claims about the goods are accepted while they are at our Miami warehouse, before they leave for Cuba.
- You can change the recipient until ExpreSur creates the shipment.
