Affiliate Program Terms

Version 2 · updated October 5, 2026

These terms govern the Expremarket affiliate program: who can take part, how a commission is earned and how it is paid. Effective October 5, 2026. They supplement the store’s Terms and conditions (effective October 3, 2026), which also apply.

Expremarket is a trade name operated by EXPRESUR LLC, 8852 SW 215 LN, Cutler Bay, FL 33189, USA. In these terms, “Expremarket,” “we” and “the store” refer to that company, and “you” or “the affiliate” to the person taking part in the program.

1. Who can be an affiliate

The program is by invitation only. Only we activate an affiliate, and always on a customer account that already exists in the store. There is no way to sign up on your own.

To take part you must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States and give us your US residential address, which we verify. People who reside outside the United States (for example, in Cuba) and people or entities on US government sanctions lists can’t take part. If you stop residing in the United States you must tell us: the program is paused and we can’t pay you in money while you don’t reside in the US.

Your link starts working when you accept these terms in “My account → Affiliates.” We keep the version you accepted, the date and the IP address.

2. Your link and who counts as your referral

You get your own code, a link (expremarket.com/r/YOUR-CODE) and a QR code. When someone opens your link, their browser remembers your code for 30 days.

A person counts as your referral only if, within those 30 days, they create a NEW account in the store from that browser. Customers who already had an account, anyone who had already bought with their email, and anyone who creates an account without going through your link don’t count. Once an account is assigned to an affiliate, it never changes affiliate.

You can’t refer yourself or accounts you control. We compare each referral’s email, phone, address and card with yours: if they match, the account doesn’t count as referred or its commissions are held until we review them.

3. How much you earn

You earn a 2% commission (or the percentage we tell you in writing for your account) on what your referrals pay for the store’s products, after any coupon or discount. The commission isn’t calculated on sales tax, shipping or delivery charges (for example, the “Shipping and customs to Cuba” service) or on anything refunded to the customer. All the store’s products count; for products with delivery included in the price, the product price is taken as sold.

Purchases count when your referral pays for them within 12 months after creating their account. We may renew that period for another 12 months, for all your referrals or for a specific one, at our discretion; we aren’t required to renew it.

The commission is calculated per order, rounded to the cent once. Our system does the calculation and is the record that counts.

4. When you can get paid

Each commission is “pending” when the referral pays. It becomes “available” 30 days after the order’s delivery is fulfilled (when we deliver it or, for orders to the Miami locker, when it is ready to ship in the customer’s locker).

If the order is canceled or refunded before we pay you the commission, the commission is voided or reduced in the same proportion. We also void commissions from fraudulent purchases, fake accounts or referrals that don’t follow these terms, and we may recover commissions paid for those reasons by deducting them from future commissions.

You can request a payout in “My account → Affiliates” when your available balance reaches 25 USD. Anything below that minimum keeps adding up.

5. How we pay you

When we pay you, we choose one of these methods: store credit in your Expremarket account, Zelle to an account in your name at a US bank, or cash handed to you in person in the US. We always pay everything available at that moment. We never pay to accounts or people outside the United States.

What we pay you as store credit stays in your account as “Affiliate credit (purchases only)”: it can only be used to buy in the store and is used before any other balance when you pay. It is never exchanged for cash, refunded, withdrawn or transferred, not even if you close your account, leave the program or the program ends. If an order paid with that credit is canceled or resolved with store credit, it returns to your account as the same credit, never to a card. We email you about each payment and you can see it in your history.

6. Welcome offer for your referrals

Each referred account receives welcome coupons: 5% off their first 3 purchases of more than 50 USD in products. Each coupon expires fifteen days after it becomes available. Normally the second one appears when the first is used or expires, and the third likewise; we may change how they are given. The coupons are personal, one per purchase, and your commission is calculated after the discount.

7. How you may promote the store

You must clearly say that you are an affiliate and earn a commission every time you share your link or recommend the store (for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”), as required by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guides on endorsements and testimonials. That disclosure must be visible before the link, not hidden.

You may not: pretend to be Expremarket or say you work for us; make promises about prices, timing or products that aren’t in the store; use our brand in paid ads or in domain names or profiles; send unsolicited messages (spam) by email, text or social media; offer money or other rewards for someone to create an account; or create fake accounts or use automated programs. You must follow the applicable laws, including those on advertising, commercial email (CAN-SPAM) and text messages.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on what you earn. When the law requires it, we will ask you for Form W-9 and send you Form 1099-NEC. We may hold money payments until we have the tax information the law requires.

9. Our relationship

You take part as an independent contractor. This program doesn’t create an employment, joint venture, agency or franchise relationship, and you can’t act or sign on behalf of Expremarket. You don’t receive a salary or employee benefits.

10. Pause, removal and program changes

We may pause or end your participation at any time, for example if you don’t follow these terms. While you are paused or removed, your link doesn’t assign new accounts and new purchases don’t earn commissions; what you already earned continues on its way and we pay it, except in the voiding cases above. You can also leave the program whenever you want by writing to us.

We may change these terms (for example, the percentage, the periods, the minimum or the payment methods) or end the program. Each new version is published on this page with its number and date, and we let you know in your account. Changes don’t affect commissions that were already available.

11. Privacy

You only see your referrals’ first names and last-name initials and the amounts of your commissions: never their emails, orders or payment details. You may not use any store data to contact our customers. Everything else is explained in the Privacy policy.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida and the applicable US federal laws, like the store’s Terms and conditions.
